1: Does it Support Email Alert
Yes,It can send a photo to you when camera detect motion. But you need enable the function on the APP first.
2: Does the camera support 2.4G and 5G WiFi? Why the camera failed to connect to my wifi network?
The camera support 2.4GHZ wifi network and can’t support 5GHZ network.
Make sure your mobile connect 2.4G wifi network, then reset the camera and reconnect it. Any questions, Please contact our service for help. If your wifi network is 2.4GHZ, You can use the LAN Cable for connection.
3: What’s the default password.
The default password is 123.For your privacy, please modify the password after you connect it.
4: How much capacity memory Card should I choose?
It depends on the time period you’d like to record.
8GB record about 3~4day; 16GB record about 7days; 32GB record about 15days; 64GB record about 30days
